Pakenham Hills Primary School is a great place to learn how to be a teacher or teachers aide. We welcome pre-service teachers or those undergoing studies for education support from many tertiary institutions and pride ourselves on our ability to train, coach and mentor pre-service teachers as well as those studying education support.

The teaching staff at PHPS are experienced and can offer a depth of knowledge across all year levels.

If you would like to complete a pre-service teacher placement, education support placement, or work experience at PHPS, please email the school at pakenham.hills.ps@education.vic.gov.au with the following information:

• Your full name
• The type of placement you are requesting (pre-service teacher, education support or work experience)
• The name of your university, TAFE or training provider
• The required length of the placement
• Your preferred placement dates
• Any specific requirements or documentation needed from the school

Providing this information will help us determine availability and respond to your request as quickly as possible.
